Shipping policy

NOW SHIPPING TO JERSEY, GUERNSEY, UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, KENYA, EUROPE AND ISLE OF MAN!

1.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Click & Collect - Free

Order before 4pm for same day pick up from the store, please show your email in store with the proof of order

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping and signed for charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic Shipping (Channel Islands): 1-3 business days
  • UK Mainland Shipping: 2-5 business days 
  • International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note, these are estimated times, and delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs, postal delays) can occur.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to physical addresses only. Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Jersey, Guernsey, United Kingdom, USA, Kenya, Europe and Isle Of Man

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number. However, if you need assistance, please reach out to us at stacey@teaseandplease.uk

8. Damages

Tease & Please is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with the claim.
