EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

Our exchange only policy ensures that our customers can replace purchased items under specific conditions without the option for a refund. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for exchange to guarantee a smooth and efficient process

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE 

Items are eligible for exchange under the following conditions.

Time Frame - Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Proof Of Purchase - A valid receipt must be provided

 Condition - Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all boxes unopened and not damaged and all seals intact for toys and lingerie with tickets still attached to items

There are a few things we cant exchange or refund:

*Toys where the packaging/box has been opened or the sticky seals removed, unless the item has been returned to us and on inspection is found to be damaged or faulty and is still within warranty

*Lingerie which has been worn and if the box is not in a sellable condition

*Hosiery due to hygiene reasons is non returnable

*Items purchased as part of a set, which have been returned incomplete

*Latex items are non returnable

*Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable

TOY GUARANTEE 

SVAKOM & LELO -  2 year warranty and a 10 year quality guarantee when you register your toy online with them

DOXY - 1 year when you create an account with them and register your serial number 

All other toys not listed are a 1 year guarantee with receipt or proof of purchase 

COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period will expire after 14 days from the day you made your purchase.

If you change your mind and  would like to exchange items then you would need to pay for the postage and when items received i will issue a credit note to spend online. Or of course you come into store to exchange items

If your item/s are faulty you will be entitled to a full refund on inspection

CONTRACT IS DEEMED TO BE FORMED WHEN WE HAVE NOTIFIED YOUR GOODS AS DISPATCHED
